Soil investigation, deep pile foundations, pile caps and ground improvement under one roof, instead of testing here and subcontracting the piling.
Strict concrete and material quality control
Lab-tested mix grades (M15/M20+ depending on design load) and material quantities calculated exactly.
Deep local terrain knowledge
Experience across Lagos ground conditions, from the soft marine clays of Victoria Island and Lekki to the soils of Ikeja and inland areas, including high water tables.
Large-diameter deep piles
Piles of 600 mm and above in diameter, to depths of 13 m and beyond.
Direct on-site supervision
Every project is overseen by experienced site managers and structural engineers.
