1. Who we are

This website belongs to Dapson Prime Ventures Limited, a geotechnical engineering company in Lagos, Nigeria. In this policy, "we" means Dapson Prime Ventures Limited. Registered business details are to be confirmed.

2. What we collect

When you send a quote request we collect the details you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address (if you give one), the services you want, the project type and location, your preferred way to be contacted and any message.

To protect the form from spam we may process your IP address in a form that cannot easily be read back (a one-way hash) and a bot-check result. We do not ask you to upload files.

With your consent only, we use analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. If you decline, analytics does not load.

3. Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your request, prepare a quote and keep a record of the enquiry. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

4. Who else sees it

We use service providers to run the website: hosting, a database for quote requests, email delivery and bot protection. They process data for us under their own security commitments. We share information with others only when the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We propose to keep quote requests for up to 24 months and then delete or anonymise them. This period is to be confirmed.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it, as set out in the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. To do so, contact us using the details on the Contact page. The contact email address for privacy requests is to be confirmed.

7. Changes to this policy

We will update this page if what we do with data changes. The date of the latest update will be shown here once the final text is approved.
